Today we've launched a new Vizora website. It does a better job of explaining what we actually do, and it arrives alongside the newest part of the Vizora Portal: Vizora AI Alerts.
Every system you run. One set of numbers.
For most of the businesses we work with, the problem was never a shortage of data. It's that the data lives in four or five systems that each answer only for themselves. The ERP knows the ledger. The job system knows the jobs. The CRM knows the pipeline. The HR system knows the people. Ask whether a contract made money, or which customers are worth keeping, and the answer needs all of them at once. So somebody rebuilds it in a spreadsheet, late, and nobody fully trusts it.
The new site puts that front and centre, because it's the thing we fix.
What's new on the site
Vizora Data Forge has its own page. Data Forge is the managed data layer underneath everything we do. It reads each of your systems, cleans and matches the data, and produces one certified set of numbers in your own isolated database in Microsoft Azure UK South. Data lands as it arrived (bronze), is cleansed and conformed (silver), then certified for reporting (gold). Reports, the AI Assistant and AI Alerts only ever read the certified layer, so two people asking the same question get the same number. Vizora runs it, so there's nothing for you to build or maintain, and nothing is replaced or changed in your source systems.
The products have clearer names. On top of Data Forge sits the Vizora Portal: Vizora Reports, the Vizora AI Assistant, Vizora AI Alerts, Vizora Forms with the AI Form Designer, and Vizora Mobile.
The systems we connect are listed plainly. The integrations page shows what Data Forge connects to today, from Dynamics 365 Business Central, Oracle NetSuite, Sage, Xero and Access Dimensions to BigChange, Re-flow, FocalPoint, Salesforce, Pipedrive and People HR.
Our pricing is published. Vizora is priced per portal, never per person, from £950 a month (ex-VAT, 12-month term). Reports, the AI Assistant, AI Alerts, Forms and Mobile are included in every tier, so giving more people access never adds cost.
The blog has moved here. Our articles on reporting, KPIs and performance, including the four-part Growth Operating System series, now live on this site.
Introducing Vizora AI Alerts
Reports are good at telling you how things stand when you look. The trouble is that the people who most need to know are rarely looking at the right report at the right time. Vizora AI Alerts close that gap.
You describe the alert in plain English. Typed or spoken, the way you'd ask a colleague: "Tell me when a job closes at under 40% return", "Email the contracts manager if reactive spend on a contract passes its budget", or "Send me a summary of unbilled work every Monday morning".
AI Alerts check your figures every day. Each alert reads the same certified numbers as your reports, so an alert never disagrees with the dashboard it relates to.
The right person gets an email, only when it matters. An alert can be a scheduled email, such as a weekly summary, or an exception email that is only sent when a figure crosses a threshold or moves by a set percentage. No more searching through reports for the one number that changed.
A few of the rules customers ask us for:
- A job closes at under its target margin, or with no invoice raised against it
- Unbilled work on a contract ages beyond an agreed number of days
- A certificate's due date is approaching without a visit booked
- An engineer's utilisation falls below target for a second week
- Debtor days rise by more than a set percentage
The difference between a report and an alert is the difference between finding out and being able to do something about it. AI Alerts are included in every tier of the Vizora Portal. You can read more on the Vizora Reports page.
See it for yourself
The best place to start is a free reporting health check: 30 minutes on the systems you run and the questions you can't answer today, followed by a one-page written summary within a day. No cost, no obligation. Book your health check.
If you'd rather look around on your own first, the live demo runs on sample data: enter your name and email and we'll send you a code.
