Who we are

What we collect
When you complete a form on this site we collect your name, company, email address, telephone number where you give it, your role and the systems you tick on the health check form, and whatever you write in the message field. If you arrived from a link in one of our emails or posts, we also record the campaign tag in that link (for example utm_campaign), so we know which message brought you. We also collect standard technical information such as your IP address and browser type, which our hosting provider records in its server logs.
Why we collect it
We use enquiry details to respond to you and, where relevant, to provide the health check or information you asked for. We also add your name and email address to our contact list with our email provider, so we can follow up about your enquiry; every email we send has an unsubscribe link, and if you have unsubscribed before, an enquiry does not change that. If you sign up for our newsletter, we add your email address to the same contact list for the newsletter. Our lawful basis is legitimate interests — responding to someone who has contacted us about our services — or the steps necessary to enter into a contract at your request.
Cookies and analytics
This website sets no cookies of any kind. To understand which pages are read, we use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts visits without cookies, local storage or fingerprinting. It records the page viewed, the site that referred you, and your browser, device type and country. It does not identify you, and it is not used to follow you across other websites. Cloudflare processes this on our behalf.
Who we share it with
We do not sell personal data. We share it only with service providers who help us operate — for example our website host, our email provider, our customer relationship management system and Cloudflare, which provides our visitor statistics — and only so far as they need it to provide that service to us.
How long we keep it
Enquiry records are kept for as long as we have an active relationship or an ongoing conversation, and then for a reasonable period afterwards in case you come back to us. Where you ask us to delete your details we will do so unless we are required to keep them.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to data portability. To exercise any of these, email us. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
Security
We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss or disclosure. Access to enquiry data inside Vizora is limited to the people who need it to reply to you.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of the page shows when it was last changed.
